There is 10 onboard staff operating the trolley service from 's team of 70 catering employees.

Previously, the trolley service only operated in First Class giving out free refreshments, but the train operating company saw more and more passengers collecting their free refreshments from the buffet car.

Another said:

“Great seeing the trolley service back on the Norwich route. Can you make it permanent please?”
