Special Train To Oxford

OkeRail has announced their first Royal Oke special train from Okehampton to Oxford and Stratford upon Avon via Crediton and Exeter St Davids.

This train is being run for the local community in Okehampton and surrounding towns, villages which would benefit from the reopening of the line.

The train will leave at approximately 7 am – this gives between 5 and 6 hours in the respective destinations. Returning to Okehampton around 9 pm.

The date for this special train is yet to be confirmed, but it is looking likely to be towards the end of April.

The stock for this train will be an HST with Pullman dining and buffet facilities.
