The Great Central Railway has announced that guests to their steam gala last weekend, B12 No. 8572 and Crab No. 13065 will haul this weekends train services on the line.
B12 No. 8572 is visiting the Great Central Railway from the North Norfolk Railway. Crab No. 13065 (the only one left of its kind in steam!) is visiting from the East Lancashire Railway.
Both locomotives will be in steam and hauling train services along the line. Jinty 47406 will be in action during the weekend on non-passenger trains for staff training purposes during the weekend.
Two diesel locomotives will also be in action with Peak D123 on Saturday and English Electric Type 1 D8098 on Sunday.
