Eastleigh Lakeside Railway Big Engines Gala
The Eastleigh Lakeside Railway held their Big Engines Visiting Gala on the weekend of 20th August and saw alot of locomotives visiting the 7.25 and 10.25 railway in the south of england.
Locomotives at the Gala are:
- MVR 2-4-0 No. 14 “Horton” (Visiting from Moors Valley Railway)
- Ex-MVR Tinkerbell 0-4-4T “Ettie Faith” (Visiting from East Herts Railway)
- SR N15 4-6-0 No. 771 “Sir sagramore” (Visiting from Ingfield Railway)
- LMS Black 5 4-6-0 No. 5156 “Ayrshire Yeomanry” (Visiting from Ingfield Railway)
- LMS Royal Scot 4-6-0 No. 46100 “Royal Scot” (Visiting from Ingfield Railway)
- LNER A3 4-6-2 No. 4472 “Flying Scotsman” (Visiting from South Downs Light Railway)
- LNER A4 No. 4498 “Sir Nigel Gresley”
