Throwback Thursdays – Ep. 61 – Ffestiniog 150 Years of Passenger Trains

This weeks Throwback Thursday takes us back to 2015 as we visit the for their Gala to celebrate 150 Years of Passenger Trains.

Throughout the weekend, the Ffestiniog Railway showed off their different sets of carriages, from the bug boxes(used on vintage weekends and galas only) to the Super Barns (used everyday).

A wide variety of steam locomotives were also in operation, with Prince, Palmerston, David Lloyd George being among them.

We were there for the whole three days of the Gala, the above video is day 1, and the other 2 parts can be found below.
