The video shows the race that Richard Harnetty completed against Chris Beet's Jubilee 45690 Leander on the 1st steam Railtour of the 2017 Season. The Winter Cumbrian Mountain Express ran from Manchester Victoria to Carlisle, via Wigan North Western, Preston, Oxenholme Lake District, and Carlisle .
