For this weeks Throwback Thursdays episode, we take a look back at one of the first posts to be made on the website. Where we take a trip on the at Easter.

When we visited, Caernarfon Castle, Blanche and Hugh Napier were giving out footplate rides as part of the railways ‘Easter Fun' activities.

Also as part of our trip, we took a trip on the ‘Chippy Choo Choo' also known as ‘Food on the Move' – the train was hauled by and Blanche (Blanche was on test after being converted back to Coal firing).

We also took a trip on the Welsh Highland Railway with our loco for the trip being .
