I was recently filming on the East Lancashire Railway at Rawtenstall Station and ‘City of Well’ was switching tracks and it stopped to take on water.

A young couple as me what’s wrong, is it broken? Why is it doing?

I did manage to explain that it was taking on water so that it could make steam to move.

Anyone else had the same happen?
