@nostalgia no not a video camera but an iPhone 15 pro max, To error is human, I always enjoyed watching the trains going past the inlet at Cockwood at the Anchor Inn.

@Mike_Ashworth, I would venture there when i was 14 or 15 years by my canoe! Now by boat! 4 HP 2 stroke or 9.8 4 stroke engines! Late forties i would see Kings n Castles pass as i ate my egg sandwich with sand in it? 20o8/ 9/ I would see my 1st preserved Castle speed by! My 1st view of Heritage steam in over 40 odd years! My mate is an Inland revenue inspector and said what the hells that? Its a Castle i said! I nursed him through his long hospital treatment for a bad motor bike accident at French / hay hospital in Bristol! So i would leave a Castle steam engine to visit him! Eventually I would have him out on outside excursions? But with attendance of a couple of nurses from the hospital! Ok with me? Caw! A few yarns there! They must be knocking 80 years now? What complicated lives we lead?
