Does anybody know why 1Z86 left euston over 90 mins late yesterday and then sat at crewe for 2 hours?

I know it was delayed in Crewe due to its late arrival and then shunting the electric loco in between service trains before the steam loco could finally be brought in from the Crewe Heritage Centre, again having to fit in with passing service trains.
