The 2K67 passenger service running from Blackburn to Headbolt Lane was operated by Northern Class 156 Diesel Multiple Unit number 156441 and Northern Class 150 Diesel Multiple Unit Number 150150.

The 6E73 Aggregate Freight Train service running from Shap Summit Quarry to Doncaster Up Decoy was operated by a pair of Direct Rail Services Class 68 Diesel Locomotives Numbers 68004 ‘Rapid’ and 68034 ‘Rail Riders 2020’.
