I love old watches, steam locomotives, Planes, Drones, Corgi miniatures, Coins, and Gold! I worry of all the war mongering going on! Our currency stutters as all others in the World! But our wind turbines and imported oil is fragile under our seas? Could our hundreds of years of Coal reserves and all Heritage steam engines do emergency haulage for the nation? The countries Nuclear plants might manage a hot cup of tea all round! But interfere with our undersea cables and pipelines and the Electric car, Or gas boilers for our very need would be useless! The Trump card is Gold! A lot older than Coal! Forget the inflation of the Quid or Euro! In the past 5 years the Sovereign jumps to £714, The £100 Plantagenet jumps from £964 to £3773 quid? GOLD for the S/A Rand, The Ausie’ Roo, USA Eagle, Our Britannia, or all World 1oz Gold content coins of £3219 for a tiny ounce? I would like to talk of my African exploits?
