Hi Barry,
Not entirely sure unfortunately, it has just disappeared from the Northern Belle website, so could be low bookings. Im not aware of any loco issues

I caught it sat at Whalley railway station on the Blackburn to Hellifield line when it got stopped for ten minutes.
