So the Chinese government is sponsoring special ‘Silver trains’ for pensioners! to places less frequently visited, To spread spending more evenly to places that have seen a decline in tourism! Would this mean updating the £12,570 limit we start paying taxes again? Which is way short of the minimum wage! Their carriages are to carry a d’fibulator? And be drawn by a pensionable locomotive i suppose? And its destination must have a decent cup of tea! Is the picture i show the gaudiest of liveries ever seen?
