The Winter West Highland Pullman between Rugby and Brinklow (1Z43) on Friday 21st February. Really pleased with the picture as it was quite a dull morning so wasn’t quite sure how it would come out. Don’t normally go and photograph diesel locos but made an exception for this due its close connections with the 1960’s Midland Pullman which I only saw in the 1962 BTC film “Let’s Go To Birmingham”. May be making a few other exceptions for diesel locos in the near future!.
