Well, that didn’t go according to plan…..
70017 has been pulling wagons of all sorts all of its life, and the first time that it is known to pull any sort of coaching stock, especially on KWVR metals….
It fails.
Or it seems to have failed. Which is a pity because I was there ready for it to pass through. Ah the joys of trainspotting ey?

Is that 70017 a Hymek 7000? One of my engines on Bath road Bristol shed. Went like a bomb for me back in 60s! If its the one? If not, Sorry i spoke! Bit confused is all? (Hymek Hydraulic) Lol. Some of the Castles similar numbers i may be way off track? Doh!
