Overhaul just completed, GWR 2-8-0T no.4247 pulls a train into Cranmore station during East Somerset Railway’s Spring Steam Gala on Saturday 31st May, 2025. Unlined black livery with early BRITISH RAILWAYS lettering made it standout when double-heading with the two other green GWR tank engines that were running.
