Valentines Shakespeare Express
A couple of pictures, of what I suspect are very many taken today (14th February 2025), of Flying Scotsman on its journeys between Snow Hill and Stratford-upon-Avon with the Valentines Shakespeare Express.
This is the first return journey (1T51) just north of Henley-on-Arden. #feature

Thanks Elaine. It was probably the brightest day of the year so far, and no rain! I went to catch the outward trip, but it was running in reverse, so decided to hang around for the return trip. Glad that I did.

Thanks, appreciate the feedback. Unfortunately it went very dark just before they arrived and so if you look very closely they aren’t quite as sharp as I would have liked 🙂. However when I got home and looked at them they were better than expected.
