Not only does the Railway make me redundant of firing and 2nd manning diesel duty! But to transport me to a National Airport to fly far off to Africa! What other employer could manage that I ask? My materials of UK, Of cast iron or Asbestos is now Ductile or Stainless steel? Its the same set up of pipe network and various filtration methods…

I see Concorde got a mention again recently so I’ve dug out some of my photos of prototype aircraft 002 (G-BSST) at the Fleet Air Arm Museum, Yeovilton, pre-production 101 (G-AXDN) at IWM Duxford, and production 202 (G-BBDG) at Brooklands Museum. Never got the opportunity to fly on one but have been on board all three of these.

I don’t shoot a lot of video, but when I do I almost always use my iPhone because it’s convenient. Never went down the camcorder route, but my “big” camera (Canon) is capable of shooting decent quality video should I be so inclined – so far I’ve only used the feature once and that was by accident when I pressed the wrong button wandering…
