I did not think it would be likely to be 71000 as Network Rail likes to declare (sometimes at the last minute) that virtually anything other than a Bulleid Pacific, a Black 5 or the B1 is out of gauge for Kent, although admittedly we did get Royal Scot the year before last, and Bahamas the year before that. I cannot quite work out whereabouts in Kent the problem is.
How come it’s Braunton now?
Any ideas what will be hauling the diesel leg?
