Day out with Thomas and Flying Scotsman (East Lancashire Railway)

Come along to the East Lancashire Railway for this very special event where two famous engines will be present, with “Thomas” hauling passenger trains and “Flying Scotsman” on display.

Date and Times

This event takes place over the weekend of Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd of May 2020. “Thomas” sets off on a round trip every 20 minutes, giving you plenty of time to ride behind him throughout your day.

Locomotive

Thomas and members of the ELR’s Homefleet of engines will be hauling trains throughout the day. On display will be London and North Eastern Railway ‘A3’ Class No.60103 “Flying Scotsman” in British Railways Green with Late Crest on Tender Sides.
