Dovetail Games is discounting various products in its Autumn sale.

The sale began yesterday (Thursday 1 October) and runs for three weeks, until Thursday 22 October. The sale is running only on Steam, and offers savings of up to 80% off the price of various routes and Add-ons, including some first-time discounts on selected Train Sim World 7 Add-ons.

Players who do not own the full Train Sim World 7 experience can still access the discounts in the Autumn Sale if they download the Train Sim World 7 Free Starter Edition on Steam. They can then download compatible routes and locomotives purchased during the sale.

The Add-On Explorer enables players to select options and apply preferences.

The biggest savings in the sale are three routes which are available at one-fifth of their usual price:

• Train Sim World 7: London Overground Suffragette line: Gospel Oak – Barking Riverside Route
• Train Sim World 7: Linke Rheinstrecke: Mainz – Koblenz Route
• Train Sim World 7: Canadian National Oakville Subdivision: Hamilton – Oakville Route.

Two newer Train Sim World Add-ons have their first Steam discounts in the Autumn Sale:

• Train Sim World 7: Schnellfahrstrecke Nürnberg – Ingolstadt Route, offering running speeds up to 300 km/h – 25% off
• Train Sim World 7: Thames Valley Branches Route, enabling players to explore the Thames Valley’s branch lines – 20% off

Two Add-ons set in North West England have a 71% discount:

• Train Sim World 7: West Coast Main Line: Preston – Carlisle Route
• Train Sim World 7: Blackpool Branches: Preston – Blackpool & Ormskirk Route.

The sale also offers a sixty per cent discount on the Midland Main Line: Leicester – Nottingham and Derby Add-on.

Dovetail is offering discounts on two routes that it believes make the most of Train Sim World 7’s advanced lighting and graphic settings:

• Train Sim World 7: Berninalinie: Tirano – Ospizio Bernina Route Add-On – 70% off
• Train Sim World 7: Medway Valley Line Route Add-On – 20% off.

Three North American routes are also available at a reduced price:

• Train Sim World 7: Northeast Corridor: New York – Stamford Route Add-On – 30% off
• Train Sim World 7: Cajon Pass Route Add-On – 75% off
• Train Sim World 7: MBTA Commuter: Boston – Framingham/Worcester Route Add-On – 70% off.

Another three German route Add-ons are also included in the sale:

• Train Sim World 7: Frankenbahn: Stuttgart – Heilbronn Route Add-On – 40% off
• Train Sim World 7: Frankfurt S-Bahn S1, S8 & S9 Route Add-On – 70% off
