Northern’s Flash Sale has returned once again, with four million train tickets released at just £2.

The tickets are on sale now and will be available until Friday 4th September.

Tickets will be valid for travel between 9th September and 23rd October 2026.

Northern says the likes of Leeds, Manchester, Sheffield, Skipton, York, Preston, Lancaster and Saltburn are among the top destinations for tickets.

The operator says that tickets are available at www.northernrailway.co.uk/sale and a list of routes with tickets available can be found using Northern’s Cheap Fare Finder.

“With four million tickets up for grabs, this is one of our biggest Flash Sales yet, and there’s something for everyone.

“With mllions of tickets available for just £2 each, our Flash Sale will make the railway even more appealing, and we believe it will inspire everyone to explore everything our fantastic region has to offer, from bustling cities to countryside and stunning coastlines.
