Overhead line work between Bethnal Green and Cheshunt / Enfield Town means that London Overground Weaver Line services will be affected on two weekends in September.

Greater Anglia services via Seven Sisters will be affected by the work when it is completed on the 19th, 20th, 26th and 27th September 2026.

Worn-out track between Turkey Street and Theobalds Grove will also be replaced during the work.

Vegetation clearance and repairs to the Cadent gas pipe bridge at Stoke Newington are also on the job sheet to avoid further disruption.

Network Rail says it also wants to make preparations for future improvements at Seven Sisters whilst the other work is completed.

London Overground services between Bethnal Green and Cheshunt / Enfield Town will not run and the stations will be closed. A rail replacement bus service will run instead.

Greater Anglia trains will divert via Tottenham Hale, with Tottenham Hotspur fans advised to plan ahead.
