An image of a man has been released following a theft on board a train in Cornwall.

British Transport Police would like to speak to the man in the image as he may have information which could help their investigation.

The incident occurred on the 6th July at around 3:45 pm. The victim was sitting with their personal belongings in the vestibule as the train pulled into Hayle railway station.

A man on board the train took hold of an Amazon box which contained a £700 Lego set and left the train.

The victim tried to grab the box but was pulled to the floor, suffering bruises to their chest and back.
