Last week, it was announced that a new add-on for Train Sim World 6 would be released.

Dovetail Games has now released the West Coast Main Line: Crewe – Preston route.

The new add-on features both electric and diesel traction over 60 miles of the line.

The add-on costs £29.99 and is available for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, Epic Games Store, and Steam.

The route is set in 1986 on one of the UK’s busiest rail corridors, with yards, depots, carriage sidings, and the famous Crewe Works at its starting point of Crewe.

Heading north through Warrington and Wigan to Preston, the line is served by dedicated freight branches serving Haydock Park, Fiddler’s Ferry power station, and Bickershaw and Deepdale Collieries.
