From the 23rd to the 25th of June, all services on the West Somerset Railway will be cancelled due to the warm weather warning in place.
This will allow those at the railway to remain safe in the extreme heat.
The railway decided that the risk involved was too much.
Services are expected to resume on the 27th, although this may change depending on the heat.
The Minehead shop and cafe remain open currently, but this could also change.
Those who have booked will be contacted, and the railway will provide any updates via social media or website.
The Gloucestershire Warwickshire Railway has also done this to keep everyone protected.
