Lumo recognised in the latest rail industry customer satisfaction results.

They were ranked the top operator for value for money and placed in the top three operators for customer satisfaction.

Lumo has been committed to offering affordable quality rail travel, which was reflected by more than 75% of those surveyed who felt Lumo offered value for money, higher than others.

They scored a 90% overall customer satisfaction, with sister company Hull Trains ranking in first place with 94%.

The results highlight Lumos’ commitment to customers through launching new services on the West Coast Main Line and improving WiFi on board trains.
