In its latest announcement of Train Sim World 6 Add-ons, Dovetail Games is going Stateside with two BNSF 3,800-horsepower diesel units.
To be released next Thursday, 25th June, are BNSF GP60M and GP60B units, with the GP60B being identical to the GP60M but without a driving cab.
Both are in BNSF’s potent ‘pumpkin’ colour schemes, and are ideal for authentic mainline and local duty on BNSF-themed layouts.

The units are highly detailed and feature-rich driving cabs with original and rebuilt controls.
The GP60M comes in BNSF’s H2 and H4 colour schemes, with the H4 also featuring its “Dash 3” rebuilt control stand, whilst the GP60B offers BNSF’s classic and subdued H1 liveries.
Other features of the Add-on include:
- A three-unit articulated spine intermodal car with multiple loads.
- Three different liveried ex-Santa Fe Ga-series cement hoppers.
- A BNSF-liveried 89-foot autorack.
- Four scenarios for both the Cajon Pass and the San Bernardino Line.
Additional service layers include Union Pacific services from Sherman Hill, static Metrolink equipment from the San Bernardino Line, and a new, authentic timetable for Cajon Pass.

Train Sim World 6: BNSF GP60M & GP60B for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Epic Games Store, and Steam will be released on 25th June, priced at £12.99
