The Spa Valley Railway have partnered up with Biddenden Vineyard in Kent, offering discounts on both train travel and vineyard tours.

Over the course of the summer, passengers booking a trip on the five-mile Spa Valley Railway in Kent can show their tickets at Biddenden Vineyard and receive an upgrade on a self-guided tour which ends with a tasting session.

Those who decide to head to the Kent vineyard first can travel to any of the Spa Valley Railway’s stations and receive 10% off the standard ticket price.

The collaboration between the two Kent attractions gives people the chance for a long, enjoyable day out. Travelling by train through the High Weald before finishing their day with a tour of the vineyards, or vice versa.

The discounted offers at each attraction are valid until 31st October 2027, giving flexibility to those who can’t do both in a single day. The offers are also available to redeem online.

Running between Tunbridge Wells West and Eridge, the Spa Valley Railway offers a great day out for families and group travel, giving passengers a great view of the changing landscapes of The Weald. The railway also runs several culinary trains every week, including Cream Teas and Ploughman’s Lunches, unique onboard tasting sessions and specially themed dining evenings.

The 23-acre Biddenden Vineyard offers two self-guided routes around the site lasting 20 or 40 minutes. Connoisseurs can do either of the tours at their own pace, which climaxes in a tasting flight of three award-winning wines; this increases to six if visitors show a valid ticket of travel from the Spa Valley Railway.
