The South Tynedale Railway is hosting two Steam Gala weekends on the 4th and 5th July and on the 11th and 12th July.
The railway has revealed that Hunslet 0-4-2 No.1842 ‘Howard’ will make its debut appearance at the gala courtesy of the Statfold Narrow Gauge Museum Trust.
There’s plenty to do across both weekends, including the opportunity for footplate rides.
