A signalling issue is affecting Southern services between London Victoria / Brighton and Ore, between Brighton and Hastings, and also between Eastbourne and Ashford International.

The axle counter failure is impacting travel in both directions, with major disruption expected into the evening (26th May).

Passengers have been advised to travel later in the day where possible as services may be cancelled, revised or delayed.

Services may not run the entire route and require a change onto another service or a rail replacement bus.

Ticket acceptance will be in place for other Southern services, Southeastern services and a range of buses.

Full details of the disruption and replacement buses are available online.
