Two people have been charged in connection with an incident that occurred in October last year at Bond Street Underground station.
British Transport Police have been authorised to charge Philipp Ostermann and Melissa Rein Lively.
Ostermann is being charged with two Racially Aggravated Public Order offences and a Public Order offence.
Lively is being charged with one count of Assault by Beating.
The first hearing is scheduled for 2nd June at Westminster Magistrates’ Court.
