The upcoming timetable change on the 17th May will see passengers across Wales benefit from more services and capacity.
Transport for Wales will be improving services in North Wales, and extra trains will run in West Wales in the summer months.
The North Wales Coast Line will see a 50% increase in services, with hourly services along key routes.
Trains will be increased between Chester and Llandudno Junction, increasing capacity on one of the busiest sections of the network.

With this change, Network Rail will be keeping people safe by replacing level crossings with footbridges at Prestatyn and Pensarn.
Just after the timetable is introduced, pay-as-you-go will be introduced in North Wales on the 18th, making travel even easier.
Further information on the timetable changes can be found online.
“We’re now just days away from delivering a major improvement to rail services as part of Network North Wales. The new timetable will bring more frequent trains and better connections for our customers in North and West Wales.
“These changes represent a significant step forward, with a simpler, more consistent timetable and increased capacity across some of our busiest routes. Alongside the introduction of pay as you go, we’re making it easier than ever for people to choose rail and travel sustainably.”
Colin Lea, TfW Planning and Performance Director for Transport for Wales
