Leighton Buzzard Railway have celebrated its Easter weekend in style, with a visit from the Easter Bunny and a host of family-friendly activities.
Over 600 visitors got to enjoy the railway’s Easter celebrations, including an Egg Hunt at Stonehenge Works and train rides starring the Easter Bunny. Golden tickets and chocolate eggs were awarded in exchange for egg hunt collections at Page’s Park.

The railway also saw the success of an area dedicated to younger visitors, with the hope of bringing it back next year.
The next event for Leighton Buzzard is set to be the Model Railway Show on Sunday, 19 April, held at Page’s Park. Ten model layouts are expected to be exhibited between the community room and engine shed, including a livestream from Eaton Bray 16mm Group.
Over the May Bank Holiday Weekend, plans are also being drawn up to host the popular Teddy Bears’ Picnic, with the 2026 season set to be backed with fun-filled events.
