Images have been released following an assault that occurred on board a train from Woking to Guildford last year.

The incident involved a man headbutting another passenger, causing cuts to the other passenger’s forehead.

The incident occurred around 10:10 pm on the 16th December, with the man in question alighting the train at Guildford, running across the tracks, and hopping a fence to flee.

British Transport Police have released images of a man who could help their investigation and are appealing for anyone who recognises him to contact them.
