This Easter, the Churnet Valley Railway in the Staffordshire Moorlands is inviting families to step into the whimsical world of Alice in Wonderland. From the team behind the Polar Express Train Ride, the Alice in Wonderland Tea Party promises a magical experience for all ages.

Passengers can expect to be transported into Lewis Caroll’s classic tale, meeting iconic characters such as the Mad Hatter and Queen of Hearts. Guests are also encouraged to dress up and become part of the story, making this an immersive experience.

The event runs between 2 April and 11 April, with three train departures from Churnet Valley Railway’s Froghall station per day, at 10 am, 12 pm, and 2 pm.

The adventure includes a tea party, refreshments, and entertainment. Pre-show meet-and-greets, photo opportunities, and a face painter will be on-site to ensure the magic starts before the train departs.

The one-hour round-trip is intended to be packed with non-stop fun and theatrics, making it a perfect Easter day out for family and friends.

Further information and tickets can be found on their website.
