Those planning to travel on East Midlands Railway services are being reminded that upgrade work will affect services across the February half-term.
A £7.9 million upgrade investment has been made by Network Rail, which will be carried out between the 14th and 22nd February.
This means that there will be no direct EMR trains into Manchester while the work is carried out at Manchester Piccadilly.
For Monday to Friday, all EMR services will be terminating at Sheffield, with replacement buses in place.
They will be running a late-night and early-morning service between Nottingham and Hazel Grove, which will make stops at smaller stations.
There will be an early morning and a late evening train between Nottingham and Hazel Grove, stopping at all smaller stations.

Saturday will look relatively similar with time alterations; however, Sunday will see no services between Manchester and Sheffield.
Journeys will take longer than usual, and passengers should check before they travel.
“We know this vital engineering work will involve significant changes for customers travelling to Manchester over the February half-term.
“However, you can still make your journey, but it will look different and take longer than usual – so please plan ahead and check before you travel.”
Philippa Cresswell, Customer Experience Director at East Midlands Railway
