Essential track upgrades have meant that Aberdeen station was closed over the last three weekends.
With the work complete, normal services will resume this weekend.

The upgrades were part of a £3.8 million investment by Network Rail to improve the station’s reliability.
Over the weekend, around a mile and a half of track was renewed along with the ballast and sleepers across platforms 3, 4, 6 and 7.
Journeys to this station can be checked online.
“These upgrades are important to keep the railway safe and fit for the future. Our teams worked carefully within the short access windows available to complete a significant amount of work over the three planned weekends. This approach helped us keep most weekday services running as normal while still delivering the improvements required.
“We appreciate that any change to journeys can cause disruption, and I want to thank customers for their patience while the work was carried out. Their support helped us make the upgrades needed to keep trains running smoothly.”
Ross Moran, route director at Network Rail Scotland
