Dovetail Games has announced that for the next four weeks, Epic Games Store is holding a winter sale with discounts on Train Sim World 6 and Add-ons.

From 11th December until 8th January 2026, a 40% discount can be had on the normal price of both Train Sim World 6: Deluxe and Standard Editions.

Train Sim World 6: Deluxe Edition has new lines and features, including:

• The Morristown Line and New Jersey (NJ) Transit® Arrow III and an ALP-45DP locomotive.
• The Riviera Line with a Great Western Railway (GWR) Class 802.
• A CrossCountry Class 220 Voyager.
• The Leipzig to Dresden route in Germany with a DB BR 411 ICE-T and a DB BR 294 shunter.
• Platform and passenger announcements.
• Toggleable train faults and random events.
• A training centre with a selection of locomotives.

Further massive discounts include a 90% reduction in the cost of the Long Island Railroad (LIRR) Commuter and Bakerloo line Addons; the LIRR Commuter add-on features multiple New York branch lines, whilst the Bakerloo line is set on the London Underground.

Gameplay packs are also included in the sale, including:

• Holiday Express with an 80% discount, in which a miniature F7 in a 1980s living room hunts down a naughty elf along the way.
• 50% off the Metrolink Holiday Train, which adds festive lights and scenarios to a F125 locomotive on the San Bernardino Line.
• 60% discount on the West Cornwall Steam Railtour Pack, which can be combined with the West Somerset Railway and Peak Forest Railway Add-ons.
• 60% discount on the RhB Anniversary Collection, which includes seasonal scenarios on the Arosalinie in the Swiss Alps.
• 50% of the Frankfurt S-Bahn, which adds the BR 423 to S-Bahn services, and provides a new route from Frankfurt with a BR 430.
• 30% off a classic DB BR 218 diesel locomotive, which can be combined with other Add-ons to unlock traffic on the Stuttgart to Heilbronn route.

Savings are also to be had on recently released locomotive Add-ons, with 20% off Expert DB BR 101 by TSG, which features fault-finding and the IC Steuerwagen, and a Class 86/2 by Just Trains, for classic traction.

Savings are also on offer from European Add-ons, with 40% off Spoorlijn Zwolle-Groningen in the Netherlands, and a 65% discount off the Bahnstrecke Salzburg-Rosenheim in Austria.
