Following its announcement of a 40% saving on the normal price with a Train Sim World 6: Special Edition for Xbox, Dovetail Games has announced further savings.

Black Friday and Cyber Monday discounts are available on Train Sim World Add-ons and Train Sim World 6, with a 20% discount available on all three Train Sim World 6: Deluxe Edition locomotives.

There is no need to own the core routes as they can be purchased separately@For example, by purchasing the Voyager Add-on, players can see or drive a CrossCountry Voyager on the Manchester Airport Commuter or Birmingham Cross-City route.

There are also huge savings on selected route Add-ons, with an 80% discount on Cajon Pass, which offers freight action through California. Retro 90s gameplay action is also available for the Cajon Pass, with a Santa Fe on Cajon Pass Add-on recently released by High Iron Simulations.

A 70% discount is also on offer on LIRR Commuter, to recreate action on New York commuter services.

Further savings include a 50% discount on Holiday Express, which features an F7 locomotive around a 1980s living room, a 45% discount on a Metrolink F125 with festive lights and decorations in the Metrolink Holiday Train Add-on, and a 60% saving on West Cornwall Steam Railtour Add-ons, which adds festive lights and decorations to an LMS Jubilee Class steam locomotive.

There is a 20% discount on partner-developed Add-ons for Train Sim World, including Expert DB BR 101 & IC Steuerwagen by TSG, a Class 86/2 loco Add-on by Just Trains, the London Overground Mildmay line by Incredible Trains, and Manchester Airport Commuter by Alan Thomson Simulation.

In November, Skyhook Games Cargo Line Volume 5: Nuclear, and there is now a 50% discount on the other volumes, Volume 1: Petroleum, Volume 2: Aggregates, Volume 3: Intermodal, and Volume 4: Military.

Players with an interest in the Fife Circle Line over the iconic Forth Bridge using Class 158s can get a 70% discount on the route Add-on and a 40% discount on the DMU.
