British Transport Police are asking those who were on the train in Huntingdon last week to contact them so that they can reunite them with their personal items.

Those who wish to be reunited with their property should contact BTP on 61016, or call 0800 40 50 40, quoting the reference 153 of 2 November.

To ensure that passengers receive the correct pieces of property, those contacting them should state the carriage and seat number and describe items with as much detail as possible.

They will then be invited to collect the items from a BTP office in Peterborough or London.

While they are trying to reunite as many items as possible, collection appointments will be made as soon as possible, but there is no set wait time.

Unfortunately, these items cannot be sent via post, and collections cannot be made without an appointment.
