The Yorkshire Wolds Railway is preparing for its festive events, which start soon.

The volunteers have been setting up the grotto ready for Father Christmas, who will be visiting Fomber Halt on the 29th November, 6th and 13th December.

Not only will the grotto be open from 10 am til 3 pm, but brake van rides will also be available and a chance to buy a Christmas tree.

The decorations are up and the mince pies are ready to be eaten, so don’t miss out on the last days of the YWR’s season.
