The Esk Valley Community Railway in the North Yorkshire Moors will again be running its Forget-Me-Not Train for people with dementia and their carers on Wednesday (19 November).
The Railway also ran this service in March, May, July and September.
The journey will set off from Whitby station at 12 midday, and is due to arrive in Middlesbrough at 13:30.
The return journey will depart from Middlesbrough station at 14:04, and will arrive back in Whitby at 15.37.
Passengers will be able to join or leave the station at any of the stations on the route, which include Nunthorpe, Great Ayton, Battersby, Grosmont and Danby.

The trip coincides with Whitby Chocolate Week, so chocolate goodies will be distributed during the journey.
Passengers will be entertained by onboard music from the fabulous Dave Clegg Duo. They will also be treated to complimentary hand massages and other surprises along the way.
No refreshments will be available on the train or at Middlesbrough station, so the Railway is suggesting that passengers bring a picnic.

The Esk Valley has been a designated community line since 2005, and two years ago, Northern staff voted it among their favourite scenic railway routes.
Passengers can buy tickets for the Foregt-Me-Not Train online from Northern Rail or from ticket machines at Northern stations, and can take advantage of standard low fares and railcard discounts.
Disabled Railcard holders and their carers travel at reduced prices.
Esk Valley Community Railway volunteers and staff will be on hand to help passengers to get on and off the train.
The Railway is advising potential passengers that there will be very limited space for wheelchairs on the train. It will be able to store fold-up wheelchairs on board the train if the passenger or carer is able to fold up the wheelchair and access the train on foot.
