Wolverhampton station now has a brand new secure bicycle storage facility, which has space for 110 bikes.

The storage facility is controlled access and features LED lighting and new CCTV, while remaining free to use.

The new cycle hub was funded by the Walk Wheel Cycle Trust charity, which was working on behalf of the Department for Transport

The hub can be found on Railway Drive, which is near the main entrance, with access registration found on their website here.

“Cycles are great for many journeys – cheap, quick and help keep you healthy. This new facility will help people get the benefits of riding when making longer journeys which are too far to ride but easy when you join cycle and train”

David Hibbs from Walk Wheel Cycle Trust
