A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed by Alstom, John Laing,  FCC, Meridiam, and RATP Dev to join forces to design, construct, finance, maintain and operate Dublin’s MetroLink.

This project will reduce congestion and increase sustainability, all while making it easier for people to get around.

The Driverless Metro system will increase connectivity and connect Dublin City Centre to the airport.

The agreement brings together expertise across the industry and will see them work together to submit a proposal. They are currently preparing for the pre-qualification and bidding phases.

Each company involved brings in knowledge in different sectors, allowing the process to be specialised by what each company focuses on.
