Ahead of crucial rail maintenance which will affect services between Llandudno Junction and Holyhead, Network Rail is advising passengers to plan ahead.

The work, which will run from Monday, 14th July until Friday, 18th July, will see rail replacement buses operate at the affected stations.

In order to minimise disruptions, numerous engineering works, including tunnel inspections, rail testing, stoneblowing, and drainage work, will be carried out overnight.

This work is essential to make sure that the line remains safe ahead of the busy summer season.

Rail replacement services will be running from 11 pm to 7:45 am during each night of the work.
