Gloucestershire Warwickshire Steam Railway have announced their lineup for their Summer Diesel Gala, which will run from 25th – 27th July.
Joining their home fleet will be Class 37 No. D6700 (37119), which will be making its debut on the railway courtesy of the National Railway Museum and the Heavy Tractor Group on the Great Central Railway.
It will join Gloucestershire Warwickshire Steam Railway’s resident Class 37 locomotives D6948 (37248) and BR Blue 37215.

Class 37 enthusiasts can get excited as visitors can expect double and triple headers with the 37s at the gala.
There has also been a late addition of Class 50,50021 (D421) ‘Rodney’, who will be joining courtesy of 50021 & 50026 Owners’ Group.
The gala will also see resident Class 26 No. D5343 (26043) have its relaunch debut after its extensive overhaul and its new BR Blue livery.

- Class 37: D6700 (37119) (visiting) and residents D6948 (37248) and 37215 (D6915)
- Class 26: 26043 (D5343)
- Class 20: 20137 (D8137) and 20228 (D8128)
- Class 45: 45149 (D135)
- Class 47: 47105 (D1693) and 47376 (D1895) D2182 1995
- Class 50: 50021 (D421) (visiting)
Class 03, D2182 and Class 04. D2280 will be acting as diesel hunters offering brake van rides at Winchcombe and Toddington.
