The Greatest Gathering, taking place between the 1st and 3rd August, will celebrate this year’s Railway 200.

The gathering will see over 50 locomotives from all eras of the railways and will mark 50 years since the rolling stock factory has been open to the public.

Dovetail Games has announced that they will be attending the exhibit.

They will be at the STEM Hub events, where they will have two booths hosting Train Sim World for the public to view and enjoy.

They plan to create an immersive experience, aiming to inspire a new generation through this interactive experience.

The current Train Sim World features a range of railways across the world and features numerous locomotives, including the Avanti West Coast Class 390 Pendolino, which will also be attending the event after it arrives after a special trip.

There will be two consoles for people to play at the stand, and visitors will also be able to play using a converted train driver training simulator. The simulator features a Class 700 style control desk and real train controls.
