Steam locomotive 7029 Clun Castle to pass through Bristol this Saturday

7029 Clun Castle will be hauling The Whistling Ghost this Saturday (31st May 2025) between Birmingham and Bishops Lydeard.

Departing Birmingham New Street 08:00, the train will pass through Kings Norton (08:16), Barnt Green (08:30), Worcestershire Parkway (08:48), Cheltenham Spa (09:08), Bristol Parkway (10:32), Bristol Temple Meads (10:52), Yatton (11:18), Taunton (12:09) and Bishops Lydeard at 12:40, where passengers will change to WSR’s residents 7828 Odney Manor and 7812 Erlestoke Manor for the trip to Minehead.

After passengers have returned from Minehed, 7029 Clun Castle will depart Bishops Lydeard at 18:40 and will pass through Taunton (18:58), Bristol Temple Meads (19:48), Bristol Parkway (20:07), Cheltenham Spa (21:25), Worcestershire Parkway (21:54), Barnt Green (22:20) and Birmingham New Street at 22:49.
